2011 Report

Below are some statistics from Camp Meeting/Ministers’ Fellowship 2011:

- 32 Rooms provided for pastors, worship leaders and missionaries.
- Wednesday night attendance was 1100, Thursday night attendance was 601 and the offering
was $1,721.84, Friday night attendance was 587 and the offering was $2,196.73.
- We served close to 1000 plates of food in the 5 meals served during the 3 days, 
at the cost of nearly $3,000.00.
- Donations were collected at the meals for a total of $590.21
- The motel bill was approximately $5,200.00.
- A conservative estimate of nearly $10,000.00 was spent at this years ministers‘ fellowship-
to bless pastors, worship leaders and missionaries, all to the glory of God.
- We had guests from Tennessee, Indiana, Virginia, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida,
Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Alabama, as well as, Mexico, India, Africa, Mongolia and
Columbia, South America. 
- Over 70 full time and part-time pastors, ministers, worship leaders and missionaries attended the
ministers’ fellowship.
- Two were saved on Friday night and 4 were ordained for the ministry.
