On The Road Again!
Wow! I can hardly believe that summer is almost over. We just got back from ministering in the great state of Tennessee. On Wednesday night, July 30, 2008, we had a sweet time with a home church group led by our long-time friends, Pastor Jerry and Laurel Mann. Our daughter, Jennifer, sang for us, and I shared. There was weeping and rejoicing in the house as the Holy Spirit began to touch hearts. It was an honor to be with this special group of people.
On Thursday and Friday, July 31-August 1, 2008, we were with Pastor Don Payne and the folk of Crossroads Fellowship in Powell, Tennessee. Pastor Don is doing a tremendous job in his first pastorate. The congregation is stepping into a new level of worship. The Holy Spirit helped us to preach, and the people responded in a wonderful way. After the message and the invitation on the last night. the people went on worshiping the Lord for over an hour. God is on the move at Crossroads Fellowship. They are already expanding their daycare facilities and adding more office space, along with children’s classrooms. Praise God for the privilege of worshiping with these fine folk.
